Cremant de Loire Chateau Moncountour

This is asparkling wine from Vouvray. An absolutely delicate wine which could replace a champagne. It uses the Traditional Mathod with Chenin Blanc. It is a vintage one, 2014.

The cuvee is clear and filtered. On the nose notes of white peaches, Lanoline, white flowers . The palate shows a medium acidity, a medium high finish of almost 1 minute. A very refreshing and excellent Cremant from Loire, highly suggested as aperitif or with any fatty fish like steamed salmon.
