Brunello di Montalcino

An unbeliavable bottle of wine. Clear and fined with a dark ruby color. The viscosity is medium pointing to a 13.5% alcohol. The rim is not yrue to its core showing the 16 years age. On the nose a full bouquet with still black berry  and black cherry fruit with a secondary evolved flavor of licorice and pipe tobacco. Clear wood aroma of small format oak. On the palate a mouth filling body with smooth tannis and a very balanced acidity that provides a strong structure for the aging opportunity of the wine.  A very long finish with marked fruits.
