the wine is clear and filtered ; its still. It has a dark rubin color with purple highlights. The rim is not true to the core, showing some bottle aging. It has an average viscosity pointing to a 13.5% abv. On the nose spices notes with red fruits ( strawberry, cherries ) and flower notes of roses petals, dark chocolate. The palate confirms the nose with persistent smooth tannins , a balanced acidity and and middle finish. A middle body. Its a blend of Aglianico and Piedirosso, with Aglianico providing the body amd peesistence and Piedirosso , elegance and harmony. A good value wine , harmonious and persistent ; excellent with game meat, pork and also steak.
