Cavalier Pepe

This wine is an Aglianico Rose'. It shows a medium color depth, a Salmon like color and it is clear; fined and filtered.

The nose shows a moderate aroma intensity and a youthful development. The clear notes of wild strawberry, cherries and white flowers.

On the palate, the wine is bone dry with a light body and a smooth acidity. There is no presence of tannins. It has a fair balance of all the components, with a moderate intensity of its flavors. The palate confirms the nose with tart strawberries and cherries. The Finish and its persistence is medium.

It is a good refreshing rose'; certainly to be enjoyed in the summer and paired with light fares like salads or raw shellfishes. 89
