UNICA - KABOLA VRHUNSKO wine.

This is a Malvasia from Istria ( Croatia). The wine is a pale yellow straw, has medium 

viscosity (13% abv) , it is clear and filtered .On the nose medium intensity notes of white each, pear and white melon .. Very fruit forward .. The wine is refreshing already on the nose. The palate definitely confirms the nose.. with a crisp acidity and a medium body. No sign of oak which keeps the natural fruit forward of the wine. On the back the persitence is mwdium with few seconds . A very good refreshing wine excellent apertif and with risotto with shellfish or salmon on the grill. To try. PM 91
