This is a white wine from Alto Adige. It’s made with the gewurstraminer grape. The color is a pale straw, the viscosity is medium low (12.5% abv ). The nose is very restrained with typical inviting hints of exotic spices, tropical fruit, white flowers and vegetable and herbaceous accents. The entry on the palate is soft, seductive and aromatic, with dynamic freshness and long persistence. In summary a good value/quality gewurstraminer that can be paired with spicy Asian food or with raw shellfish ( oysters ) we paired with Thai food and it was excellent. Pm 89
