The wine is red garnet, its is clear and filtered. It is translucent , with a viscosity medium high ( 13.5% abv). On the nose notes of  black cherry, blueberry and white chocolate, liquirice and leather. The palate confirms the nose , with smooth tannins a medium body and a long finish. A great balance of acidity and alchol and tannins. A truly good value wine with Nerello Mascalses showing its best. I had it with meat and mushroom, a great pairing.
