2019 Famiglia Zonin: Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva DOS Almas

This is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile. The color is ruby with purple highlights ..the viscosity is medium (13% abv). The nose is very inviting with notes of cherries and rubharb, tertiary notes of dark chocolate and cedar wood. The palate shows a young wine with tannins that need to be refined , a medium persistence and a well balanced acidity. The perfect pairing with grilled meat or even with pizza. In summary a good value wine that needs some refinement and definitely a longer aging. PM 90
