2019 Magis - Sacco

This a wine from producer Sacco that we visited in July 2021. It’s made from uva di Troia that is typical from that region in Apulia. The color is a deep ruby with a medium viscosity. The nose is excellent with notes of black cherry, red berries and spice ( licorice ). The palate is very harmoniums with a full body velvety tannins and a perfectly balanced acidity and a long persistence. In summary a very good wine ; the top of the line from the producer. Paired with grilled meats but also as a good conversation and meditation wine. Pm:90
