2021 Aresca Roero Arneis

This is a white wine from Piemonte region. Its a Roero Arneis. The wine is a very pale yellow straw, with a medium high viscosity (13.5% abv). The nose although subdued has floreal and fruity nose. White flowers ( Jasmine) and white stone fruits with pineapple tones. The palate confirms the nose with a refreshing acidity, medium body and a good persistence. In summary a good refreshing wine to be drank as aperitif or paired with any vegetable based dish or light and simple fish dishes.
