2022 Vernice Greco di Tufo Rock Barock

Nativ, a hospitable producer we've frequented and who aided us in our presentations, crafted this delightful Greco di Tufo - a quintessential Campania wine produced in its grand cru area. The wine is a pale yellow hue, denoting its youthful vintage, with a medium high viscosity (13.5% abv). Its bouquet is intriguing, boasting floral jasmine notes, tropical fruit undertones of pineapple and mango, and a distinct minerality. Upon tasting, the wine is remarkably refreshing with a subtle acidity, medium body, medium-long finish, and evident minerality. We paired it with Orata fish cooked at the cartoccio with potatoes, a perfect combination. This versatile wine can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
