Appearance:
Brilliant pale straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections, youthful and luminous in the glass.
Nose:
Fresh, precise and immediately expressive. Crisp green apple and pear are joined by lemon zest, lime and white peach, with subtle notes of white flowers and fresh herbs emerging with aeration. A delicate stony character provides an attractive mineral undertone and adds definition to the aromatic profile.
Palate:
Bright and energetic on entry, with a beautifully refreshing line of acidity giving shape to the wine. Citrus and crisp orchard fruit dominate initially, followed by white peach and a subtle suggestion of riper yellow fruit.
The palate is light, clean and finely balanced, with the fruit providing sufficient roundness to soften the wine’s vibrant freshness. As it develops, a gentle saline and mineral character appears, bringing additional tension and making the wine particularly appetizing.
Finish:
Clean and refreshing, with lingering impressions of lemon peel, green apple, white flowers and a subtle saline-mineral note. The finish is crisp and mouthwatering, inviting another sip.
Overall Assessment:
A youthful and highly enjoyable Riesling built around freshness, purity and varietal expression. It favors precision and drinkability over weight or excessive concentration, with lively citrus and orchard fruit framed by floral nuances and a subtle mineral backbone.
An elegant, refreshing expression of Riesling that is drinking beautifully now and should continue to develop gracefully over the short to medium term.
