Irpinia Falanghina DOC

Appearance

Bright straw yellow with pale green reflections. Brilliant and youthful in the glass, displaying excellent clarity and vibrancy.

Nose

Fresh and expressive, the bouquet opens with aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, pear, and crisp green apple. As it evolves, notes of lemon zest, acacia flowers, and Mediterranean herbs emerge, accompanied by a subtle mineral nuance that adds depth and elegance.

Palate

Dry, lively, and beautifully balanced. The attack is crisp and refreshing, supported by vibrant acidity that carries flavors of citrus, ripe orchard fruits, and hints of pineapple and white melon. A distinctive mineral backbone provides structure and precision, while the wine maintains a supple texture and remarkable purity of fruit. The overall impression is one of freshness, finesse, and excellent varietal definition.

Finish

Persistent and clean, with lingering notes of citrus peel, white flowers, and a delicate saline-mineral character that leaves the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.
