A.Sammarco - Furore Bianco 2017

This is a white wine from the Costa D’Amalfi DOC. It’s is produced by A SAMMARCO in Ravello. We visited this producer in August 2018. The wine is a blend of Falanghina and Biancolella. It is dark yellow straw with golden highlights and a medium low viscosity (12.5% abv). It shows bottle aging as we tasted it in May 2020. The nose is very intense with notes of lemon zest, yellow peach and pineapple and white flower , it is aromatic.

The palate confirms the nose with a strong acidity, a medium body and medium persistence. In summary a good white wine a perfect pairing with any fish dish or as aperitif. PM:89
