Chateau du Cleray : Muscadet 2018

The wine is a white wine from France. From the Nantes area well known for their Muscadet. We visited Nantes in 2019. The wine is light yellow straw with a medium low viscosity, it’s traslucent, clear and filtered. The nose is very nviting with floral notes of acacia and notes of lemon zest with notes of white peaches. The palate is smooth with a good acidity which makes the wine very refreshing and medium persistence and perfectly balanced wine. In summary the wine is very enjoyable, refreshing a perfect pairing for any light dish dish or as aperitif .. ? We tatsted with salmon and it wasn’t a perfect pairing as the salmon overtook the wine.
