Terre delle Sirene 2019- Iovine

This is a wine from the Iovine producer near Gragnano in the Sorrento Cost DOC appellation. it’s a white blend made with Greco and Falanghina grapes. The color is a pale yellow straw with green highlights ( this shows a very young wine ). The viscosity is medium (13% abv). The nose is has floral notes of jasmine and white stone fruits and lemon zest. The palate confirms the nose with a medium body, a good acidity and a medium persistence. This is an every day wine, good, refreshing with a good acidity and a perfect pairing with risotto alla pescatora ( it was our pairing when we tasted this wine ). it’s young and can be aged to gain more complexity for 1-2 years.
