Una notte 2020 Sacco

This is a rose wine made from uva di Troia. We visited this producer during our Apulia visit in summer 2021. The wine has a very delicate rose color with a medium viscosity ( 13.5% abv). the nose is excellent with notes of cherries and rose petals. the palate is a perfect balance between acidity and very smooth and pleasant tannins and a long finish. in summary a very good wine very refreshing and a perfect pairing with a good salad or chicken dish as we paired it.
