Teran 2007.

The wine is a Teran based wine from Istria Croatia. A very good wine. The color is an inky dark ruby with purple highlights. The viscosity is medium high with an alchol level of 13.5%. The core is not true to the Rim, showing clearly a bottle age. The wine is from 2007. The nose is rich with notes of blackberry jam and prune, secondary aroma of dark chocholate and leather. The palate confirms the nose with velvety tannins and a medium acidity; the great flavors linger for a lifetime. A truly great wine  from Croatia.
