This is a Italian Sparkling wine. It is from Campania. It shows a bery persistent pearlage with a pink color and itbis star bright. The nose has notes of bread dough , fresh strawberry. The palate confirms the nose with a perfect refreshing acidity, a medium long persistence. This sparkling wine is made with Aglianico with a short maceration . It is a very good sparkling wine  , a perfect addition  to a summer lunch/dinner.
