The wine is a grechetto from Umbria. The wine is filtered and clear. It has a deep straw color with golden highlights. The viscosity is medium high indicating a medium high alchol (13.5%). On the nose notes of yellow stone fruits ( peaches) and white flowers. No sign of oak. The palate confirms the nose with a perfect acidity and gopd body and a medium high persistence. A perfect choice for aperitif when cold or paired with fish ( grilled salmon and mussells as appetizer ). A great white from Umbria.
