NOVASERRA - Mastroberardino 2015

This is a Greco di Tufo DOCG wine from the iconic Mastroberardino producer. It shows a pale yellow color , it is clear and filtered. Medium viscosity (13% abv). The wine is fruit forward. The nose presents notes of white peach, stone fruits, some oak ( Vanillia aroma) and lemon zest. The palate confirms the nose , with a medium body, a crisp acidity a strong minerality,  a medium  sapidity and a perfect balance among the components.   

A great wine to be paired with poultry, pork and crudite , salmon or sward fish. A good substitution for an unoaked chardonnay.
