Refiano 2016 Cavalier Pepe

The wine is made from Fiano grape. It is a straw yellow color with golden highlights. Medium viscosity (12.5% abv). On the nose notes of white flowers, acacia and white peaches. The palate confirms the nose with refreshing acidity a medium body and a medium persistence. A very harmonious wine , refreshing as aperitif and perfectly paired with a delicate orata ( white fish)  with potatos. PM:89
