Suadens 2016 - Nativ

This is a rare blend of white grapes from the Campania region. It’s a blend of its major grapes : Falanghina, Fiano and Greco. The wine has a pale straw yellow. It has a low viscosity (12.5% abv). The nose has tenous floreal notes of jasmin and linden. It also has note of pineapple and white peach. The palate confirms the nose with an unctuous body which fills the mouth, a very subtle acidity and a low persistence. As conclusion it’s a subtle wine with no exciting characteristics, it is enjoyable as aperitif given its low acidity and low alcohol it could be paired with any delicate dish made of shellfish and also with appetizers and cheeses.
